To prevent fire and serious injury:
Always trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Never burn longer than 4-hour intervals. Set candle on heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving.

Shipping and taxes are not included in the listed price and will be calculated at checkout, based on customers location. All orders are shipped from Grovetown, GA. Many orders ship within 24 hours, but please allow 2-5 days estimated processing time for our handmade products. Shipping time will vary depending on your location.
We are sorry that in some cases it may take us a little longer than expected to ship your order. We want to be certain that your order arrives to you in perfect condition without any melting. We are located in Georgia where we see summer temperatures over 100°. To fix this issue, each summer we implement "melt-zone shipping". This means that if you live in any of the states listed below, we will only ship your order on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is the best way for us to be certain that your products do not sit on a UPS or USPS truck over the weekend. This is when the melting happens. Once again, we apologize for this and look forward to delivering your order in the best condition possible.

*If a package is returned due to insufficient address, or incorrect information, etc. the package can be reshipped. Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and payment will be due prior to reshipping. If the customer does not wish to reship the order, a restocking fee will be assessed. We do not offer refunds on personal care items/beauty products. For our non-personal care items/beauty products, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, within 10 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible. We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. We are only able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
Please contact us, and we will make our best effort to assist you. Due to the nature of our products and to minimize the risk of COVID exposure, we currently do not accept returns/exchanges on personal care items/beauty products.
We have a 15-day return/refund/exchange policy for non-personal care items/beauty products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the items, if returns are a result of buyers remorse.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, or within 7 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
