Shipping Policy
Our processing time take 3 - 5 business days. Shipping times are in addition to this. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Refund Policy
Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number. A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still on and include original packing slips. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, pet hair, odors, etc. will not be accepted.
Items must be in resalable condition. This includes excessive wrinkling. Please fold your merchandise before packaging it for return. If an item is not accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage. If you choose not to have your unsalable items returned to you, they will be donated to a non-profit organization.
